The Columbia Stem Cell Initiative (CSCI) Flow Cytometry core facility provides comprehensive flow cytometry services to researchers across Columbia University's campuses as well as users outside of Columbia.
This is a live document that contains an array for information to help you start and navigate usage of the core facility. As always, please don't hesitate to reach out should you have any questions or need assistance.
IMPORTANT: As of 9/6/22, staffed hours in the core facility will be 10 AM - 5 PM due to personnel limitations. The availability of assisted usage and trainings sessions will be limited and only available between 10AM and 5 PM.
Instruments will be set up for users by 10 AM. Users who wish to use the instruments before 10 AM must set them up independently.
Note that this is a temporary change in operations that will likely last 2-3 months until our new staff members are fully trained.
